Regarding the “truly unlimited Wbot-2 API”: This refers to the dedicated Wbot-2 API endpoint provided to sponsors, which has no usage limits such as “daily” or “weekly” quotas. Availability depends on the server’s idle resources, with routing automatically adjusted to ensure stable service operation. For sponsors with “dedicated Wbot-2 model computing support,” availability depends on the additional computing cluster’s idle resources, with routing automatically adjusted to ensure service stability. The team does not guarantee any availability. For security reasons, although Wbot-2 has maintained 98% availability over the past three months (statistical period: 2026-01-01 / 2026-04-01), please do not use Wbot-2 for critical scenarios. Regarding the response standards for “team customer support”: Priority > Fast > 24/7, and the event handling priority follows the same order.
